This property features a partial stucco remediation, we did the right side and most of the back over the deck, we replace all of the window flanges, we installed a 3 coat stucco system with a layer of Tyveck stucco wrap as our first layer of water protection followed by two layers of a grade D tar paper and a rain screen mat to allow the wall to breath better, we also installed a weep screed where foundation meets the wood framing for drainage, we installed Azek blocks around the fixtures and properly cap them as well as the installation of a J channel ( EZ bead) around windows and caulk all stucco to another dissimilar material. The color and detail trims were custom matched to the existing as well as the texture and all the necessary kick out flashings where installed.
