Neidet the previous owner of this beautiful property was trying to sell his residence but most of the stucco detail trims where cracked, discolorated or dirty, long story short we fixed the cracks, re-cement coated the trims and re-finish them with a brighter and brand new white color, we also performed the installation of a kick out flashing diverter at the rear elevation and the refinishing of three cracked walls to match existing.
